Akihabara is a popular sightseeing location in Japan with thousands of tourists visiting every day.
However, because of multiple lines that stop at Akihabara and even more exits it is easy to get lost pretty fast.

JR Akihabara Exits
JR Akihabara station has 4 gates.
Electic Town Gate(1F):

Atre 1 Gate (2F):

Center Gate:

Electric Town gate is it’s on the opposite side of Showa-Dori and Center gate. If you exit at the wrong gate, you can use Tosei (East-West) passage to get to the opposite side of the station in just a minute. It is left from the Electric Town gate and right from Central gate.
Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line Akihabara Station exits
Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line Akihabara station has 5 exits.

Hibiya Line signs are easily recognizable by a large, grey H. The station is not the same as the JR one so be careful not to enter the wrong station.

Tsukuba Express Akihabra has 3 exits.

Tsukuba Express signs are red and dark blue.
Inside the station, there are a few unique vending machines selling toys and souvenirs.

Toei Shinjuku Iwamoto Station has five exits.

Iwamoto Station is south from Akihabara. If you are headed there, you can use A2, A3, and A6 exits.
