Gundam series is a long-popular Japanese science fiction media franchise beloved by fans around the globe.
There are a lot of cafes and restaurants inspired by anime and games series but this is the only SF café in Akihabara.
The interior is heavily inspired by characters and locations in the series. There is even a TV that streams Gundam episodes during all hours so it can be also fun for people coming alone.
Menu has a lot of foods and drinks with Gundam motifs. A real show-stealer is Haro cocktail that comes in an adorable glass.

Cheese hot dog is trending Korean street cheesy delight. Unfortunately, you can`t buy these in Akihabara but there is a bit different type of cheese hotdog in CAFÉ MOCO that serves soft drinks and light food, such as sandwiches, soup, and salads.
The café`s interior is light orange and decorated with books, tour guides, and pictures. It is a nice, quiet place to chat with your friends, read books or work on your PC. Instead of decorations, you can see paintings, foreign currency, and guidebooks.

Maidreamin
The maid cafés is a restaurant that serves soft drinks and light food, known for waitresses dressed in cute, housemaid costumes. If you are planning to come to Akihabara, you should definitely try it out. Have fun taking pictures, watching the show, chatting with maids, cast spells to make food more delicious, etc.
Maidreamin is an English-friendly large café chain with seven restaurants in Akihabara. Each has WiFi access and charging sockets but the largest one is its main cafe in Sumiyoshi building.

GOOD SMILE×Animate Café
GOOD SMILE regularly collaborates with different anime which they are very dedicated to, changing their menu and interior each time.
It is run by Animate, a popular anime store chain in Japan that sells high-quality anime and manga goods. This is why all foods and souvenirs sold in GOOD SMILE are also incredibly well-made.
They try to collaborate with smaller companies as well so not all anime and games they feature are that well-known. However, the café is always so beautifully decorated and the menu has lots of delicious-looking items on it, that it is still worth a visit even if you are not familiar with the current theme.
